First time trying this restaurant. You order at the counter and they bring you your food in a carry out container. I did appreciate real silver ware. The food was very good and warm. We ordered a Gyro platter and Moussaka . The salad was delicious and string beans were seasoned well. My suggestions would be new clean padded chairs and table cloths. I did tell them that the ladies bathroom door did not close so you could not lock it. The door opens to the restaurant. We will go back!

I've been wanting to try Analia's Cafe in Frederick for some time now, and tonight we finally tried it. I have to say, I don't know what took me so long. This place was fantastic! Everything was so fresh, and we got huge portions. We didn't have anything that we didn't like, either. And the people that work there/own the business were SO nice. If you haven't tried this place, you are definitely missing out. We will definitely be back again.
I was in Frederick with my partner and a friend to do some shopping, and they told me they wanted a warm meal. I proposed Greek after reading reviews of Analia's. As we entered the simple & unassuming restaurant, I was worried about the number of items struck from the menu, but my concern was unwarranted. A focused menu allows this restaurant to shine. My friend ordered calamari, moussaka, and baklava. My partner ordered the Greek platter, a generous combination of chicken & pork souvlaki with gyro meat. I ordered a gyro Greek salad with a side of roasted potatoes. Everything we received was delicious. My friend & partner said the texture of the calamari was perfect. We shared entrees and ended up taking home plenty of food for another meal each. The people working at the counter and in the kitchen were extremely friendly. Definitely recommend trying this one!
Awesome find! Came hear based on Yelp review of Maria F. No frills Greek restaurant in a Frederick strip mall serving generous portions of very flavorful food in takeout containers. We ordered the Greek platter with a side of Analia's Greek fries, the Grilled Shrimp Aegean and baklava. The Greek platter had huge slices of gyro, pork and chicken souvlaki, a salad and some tatziki, with warm crunchy fries. Grilled shrimp Aegean was deliciously tangy with slices of tomato, cucumber, olives, capers, onion, feta with a light lemony vinaigrette. The baklava was a bit of a letdown, but this would not stop me from coming back. Excellent simple Greek food at reasonable prices - count me in!
